Summary:

The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay:



- Guarantee 400 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)



+ electricity per consumption



Between November - March the expenses for internet, elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.



The Space:

Wonderful romantic holiday home with private pool.

The house is in a quiet residential area; The small, secluded garden is beautifully landscaped and offers everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday.



The house is on one level and has the following rooms:

Living room with open kitchen (with dishwasher), dining room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (one with air conditioning and double bed and one with single bed and an extra bed for 1 child up to about 6 years old).



There are fans in all rooms.



In the garden there is a cozy covered seating area and a romantic roof terrace.

Getting Around:

The pebble beach is about 900 m away, the sandy beach about 2 km, restaurant 600 m, supermarket 1.5 km.



Other Things to Note:

Families with children (over 3 years old) or couples of 30 years of age are preferred, no single groups; dogs are not allowed.
