Here, you’ll find a 40m² vacation rental with Wi-Fi, one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living/dining room with an ethanol fireplace, an open kitchen, and direct access to a southwest-facing balcony—accommodating up to 3 people.<br>This vacation rental is centrally located yet quiet, just about a 4-minute walk from the beach. You can simply leave your car behind and explore the coast on foot or by rental bike.<br><br>Living Space<br>With 40 m² of space, this vacation rental offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.<br><br>Layout:<br>Entryway with coat rack, bedroom with a double bed (2x90x190), a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and mirror, a living/dining room with an ethanol fireplace using gel fuel (must be brought along), dining table, TV, and a sofa that quickly converts into a sleeper sofa (140x200), as well as direct access to the furnished southwest-facing balcony. An open kitchen with an oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, and much more. <br><br>Parking & Bicycles & Washing Machine & Wi-Fi<br>The vacation rental includes an underground parking space (No. 7; maximum clearance height 1.78 m).<br>Bicycles can be parked behind the car.<br>A washing machine and dryer are available to guests in the laundry room for a fee. The 1.5-km-long promenade, with its shops and ice cream parlors, invites you to take a leisurely stroll. The newly created Baltic Sea Lounge, complete with palm trees, rounds out a perfect day of vacation. Dahme is located in Germany’s sunniest region, with approximately 2,000 hours of sunshine. To the north, you’ll find unspoiled dune landscapes with swimming spots; to the south, the cliffs with bird sanctuaries. The surrounding countryside, with its numerous biking and hiking trails, also offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. From the dike, you can visit many beaches without having to use the main roads. There are also plenty of options for children and the young at heart: playgrounds, a skate park, children’s activities, a kids’ harbor, a streetball court, a surf school, mini-golf, pedal boats, a bouncy castle, and much more to fill your free time. Of course, you can also just lie on the beach and relax.
