The lovely non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor and is well-suited for families with children and older guests. With 55 square meters of living space, it offers enough room for 2 adults, 1 child, and a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The apartment has three rooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bright living/dining area with large windows offers a wonderful view of the spacious garden. The kitchen is integrated into the living/dining area and equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and many kitchen utensils. The dining area features a solid wood dining table with 4 chairs. The living area is furnished in a country house style and includes a cozy seating area with a couch, a comfortable wingback chair, a sideboard, and a coffee table. The hi-fi system consists of a CD and Blu-ray soundbar and, of course, a Full HD TV.
