This memorable cabin is the perfect cozy and calm home base for your trip to Manitou Springs. A cozy bedroom with a comfy queen bed and oversize chair are waiting. The en-suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower. A full size kitchen with new washer and dryer are provided so you can stay and enjoy the peaceful space without ever having to leave the cabin. The mini-split heating and A/C unit provides comfort year-round. Relax and unwind in the new private hot tub overlooking year-round flowing Fountain Creek after a day of exploring. Experience what Manitou Springs has to offer by staying downtown in a surprisingly forested calm atmosphere and within steps of popular restaurants and unique shopping experiences. Open creek-side lounging and picnic table overlooking Fountain Creek is shared with Barr Trail Cabin (2 guests) and Pikes Peak Cabin (4 guests)

Private and designated off-street free parking for one vehicle on site

Fountain Creek flows through the property without railing or protection. Children must be supervised at all times and are allowed on property at Guest's own risk.

Host reserves the right to charge guest appropriate extra guest fee from guest security/damage deposit if unauthorized and additional guests are on property (day or night) than stated on reservation.

Dogs/pets, smoking prohibited on property.

Very nice atmosphere with a beautiful view, it was nice and relaxing to sit in the back next to the creek. It is close to the down town to be able to walk around.

The property was small but enough for what we needed. The AC unit seemed to have a bit of trouble keeping the room cool on the last 2 nights but over all it was fine. Bed was comfortable and i really enjoyed that it was in walking distance to several places! I highly recommend the loft and the mate cafe!

Really nice cabin! Nice walk to downtown so you don’t need to drive if you don’t want to! Great river view and we saw black bears across from the river! Awesome added bonus! If we ever head down that way again, we will definitely stay here!!

The cabin was beautiful and so very cute. We relaxed outside the entire time and enjoyed a walk right down the street to downtown. The courtyard is shared but was not at all a problem. The other cabins are also very cute. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

Bathroom needs a lot of work. Microwave doesn’t work. Blinds are very dirty. Location is perfect.

Thank you for your feedback - We have done a deep clean of the little cabin as a result of this review . The microwave is functioning - we do wish you could have contacted us sooner as it looks like a breaker switch that had been triggered. Also please know we have recently recauked the bathroom shower. The bathroom was remodeled 6 yrs ago but it was a tiny cabin with then and continues to be now

Enjoyed the cabin with water streaming by as we relaxed in the outdoor space. Truly a great "getaway" ezperience with the modern conveniences of home! Also in a great location, short walk to the shops and restaurants on Manitou Ave.

Property and location were great. The patio was really nice to sit and enjoy the creek. Kitchen was nice. The bed was ok, little uncomfortable but was decent for what it was. The room was comfortable temperature wise and the space had a cooling unit which was nice. Location was great, it was nice walking downtown in the morning.

Great property! We’ve stayed in Manitou a lot & we will be back to this cabin (or maybe the others on the property?) as it provides a nice combination of nature and town. It was great to park our car once & leave it all weekend as you are so close to everything in town. But you still get the quiet river vibe (I saw a bear in the river one morning!!). The Back yard space is shared as mentioned but it was easy get some solo time and when the neighbors were out, everyone was friendly and respectful. The cabin is older but very clean, nicely renovated and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a mother/daughter getaway (the “twin bed” is a fold-up mattress for the floor but it was comfy for a 12 year old). Lovely cabin and great location.

This was a super convenient location, just a couple of blocks from the Manitou Springs activity. We appreciated the early check in. Our favorite part of this property was sitting outside on the Adirondack chairs in the back by the creek. It was lovely and peaceful. The cabin was clean and cute. Took the host an hour to get back to us about the AC. The bathroom sink faucet is super loose and needs attention. I was afraid it was going to come off while we were there. Otherwise though, we really liked the place.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay

The cabin was just what we expected, it was right on the creek and in the best location. We walked to the shops and restaurants and had a great stay! The property manager was so sweet and helpful.
