Fountain Creek flows through property without railing or protection. Children must be supervised at all times and are allowed on property at Guest's own risk

Base rate is for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $25/night. Any on-site day-use guest who is not included in overnight reservation is $25/per person/per day

Note: Hot tub is clean & sanitized by hot tub professional between each guest reservation

Host reserves the right to charge guest appropriate extra guest fee from guest security/damage deposit if unauthorized and additional guests are on property (day or night) than stated on reservation

Very Comfortable and clean. Washing Machine is a plus. Cooking utensils plentiful.We used the 2 bedroom cabin and it is not directly next to the creek as shown in the picture. The Cabin with the porch next to the creek is a one bed cabin. We thought this is what our cabin would be. However, the 2 bedroom cabin is close enough to the creek with comfortable chairs and soothing night lighting. A very nice getaway from it all.

The property is located perfectly for quick walks to the Penny Arcade, and lots of great restaurants and shops. The house was decorated nicely and was clean. Our only problem was the fact that both bathrooms only had walls that came up 3/4 of the way up to the ceiling. So, a couple feet of open air between you and someone else in the bedroom. No privacy at all when needing to go to the bathroom.Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.

Location was wonderful !! As seniors, we didn’t know the second bedroom was upstairs with very steep stairs. Furniture was very low from the floor. Kitchen and amenities were excellent. Parking was challenging. Carpet needs to be cleaned in bedroom desperately.

We chose this property in Manitou Springs because it was pet friendly and close to town, and it did not disappoint. It’s rustic from the outside, but remodeled, clean and well-equipped on the inside. There is a small living area with comfortable sectional sofa and TV, a nice dining area, and large modern kitchen. The primary bedroom downstairs has a king bed and en suite bathroom, and the bedroom upstairs has a double and queen bed, with bathroom- perfect for families. There is a small outdoor area for grilling. It is in a great location- very walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Manitou Springs.

This property is in a perfect location. Close enough so that it’s an easy walk to all of the go-to places in Manitou, and just far enough away that you enjoy a nice quiet evening.

This house is adorable and perfect walking distance to downtown! Clean and quiet with a perfect shared area by the creek! We woke up early and sat by the creek and 5 minutes in black Bear walks across the area across from the creek from us! Crazy but cool experience for us KC natives!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location and value. Parking onsite was convenient. Perfect for our family of 7. Everything was clean and most necessities were provided. We bought groceries nearby at Safeway. Very nice store with wide selection. The location of the house is perfect for walking to the downtown parks, shops and restaurants. Also convenient to the big attractions of the Peak, Garden of the Gods, Castle tea room, cliff dwellings etc. we would definitely book again!

Great location as easy walking to restaurants and shopping in Manitou. Main floor bedroom spacious. Just note that the room has skylights so room gets very bright early. The creek in the back was so peaceful to sit by and drink coffee in the morning. The steeps to the upstairs rooms are steep and narrow. Kitchen was stocked with needed cooking pots and pans.

This spot has potential to be very nice but not there yet. Great location if you’re looking to be close to manitou springs and other big attractions in Colorado Springs The furniture (couches, beds, television, kitchen utensils/pans, bathroom towels) need to be replaced. Everything is very old, well used, and uncomfortable. The renovations look very rushed and thrown together. The place was clean and smelled fine, I appreciated the toiletries like body wash and soap. It also was extremely expensive and not worth the price. All this to say, this is a good spot for a quick night or two stay and you need something last minute. Just getting new furniture and fixing some of the upgrades (like the shower) would make this place a 5/5!

While I appreciare the re iew - please note - all beds have been replaced within the last 4 months, The home has also recentenly been updated with new furnishings and all the towels and beddinng as weel We will certainly look at all the pots and pans as well as the utensils and replace them asap - thanks
