Modern, spacious, and comfortably furnished, our Vacation Apartment 1 Victoria offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation for two.

Vacation Apartment 1 Victoria has a total area of 45 square meters.

In our vacation home, located at the front facing Minslebener Straße, you’ll find the ground-floor “Victoria” vacation apartment, furnished with an eye for detail, equipped for 2 adults; additional occupancy for children is available upon request in the bedroom with 1 guest bed or 1 crib. A high chair can be provided free of charge for our youngest guests.

Both vacation apartments (Vacation Apartment 1 – Moritz and Vacation Apartment 2 – Victoria) can be connected via a connecting door in the hallway upon request, accommodating a maximum of 4–6 people. The apartments are ground-level and wheelchair-accessible!
Hygienic protective covers for pillows and mattresses are standard here. We can provide a microwave upon request, as well as a medical shower chair or grab bars for the shower and toilet.

Hallway / Entryway:
In the hallway, there is a hotel card switch where you can activate the power using your check-in card. Our lighting is controlled by LED technology via motion sensors. No more fumbling around for light switches in the hallway!

Bedroom:
In the cozy sleeping area, a high-quality king-size box-spring double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m and a spacious sliding-door closet await you for a restful night’s sleep.

Living Area:
The living and kitchen area is equipped with a kitchen featuring a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Next to the dining area for 4 people is a couch with an armchair and footstool, as well as a 32-inch flat-screen TV with the latest satellite system/HDTV/free HD channels and a stereo system with CD/MP3/radio/USB port.
A built-in safe is also available.

Bathroom:
The bathroom, featuring a glass-enclosed shower, toilet, hair dryer, toiletries set, bathrobe, and box of facial tissues, offers a level of comfort reminiscent of a hotel stay.
You’ll find space for your personal toiletries on the exclusive mineral cast sink. Our special extra for you: the bathroom set with small toiletries for TWO—included free of charge!
Underfloor heating ensures pleasant and consistent warmth in the bathroom, and a towel warmer is also available for your use.

The shower has a level, barrier-free entry for easy access, and a stool provides additional storage space. A medical shower stool is available and can be provided upon request.

Terrace:
A terrace with a garden, accessible directly from the living area, is part of the vacation rental.
Garden furniture with cushions, a parasol, two sun loungers, and a kettle grill are available for your use free of charge.

Ample parking is available at the house.



Bedding, towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included.
Prices do not include the visitor’s tax.
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out should be by 10:00 AM.
