The Space:

Sink into this comfortable home where there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Gaze out at the mountains from the living room and every bedroom. Central air conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable during your stay. Enjoy a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Relax in the shade on the furnished patio after a day of adventures, then grill up a delicious dinner on the private gas grill. The private washer/dryer will help keep everything in order so you don't have to wear your dusty clothes to your next adventure. This home is set a brand new development in Moab, where you can enjoy shared amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub!



What's nearby:

This condo is located just over one mile northwest of downtown Moab and less than five miles from the entrance to Arches National Park. If you want to make a day of your national park explorations, you'll also be just 30 miles northeast of Canyonlands. Closer to home are such wonderful attractions as the Moab Aquatic Center, Swanny City Park, and Raven's Rim Zip Line Adventure (all within one mile!), as well as plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores, and recreational outfitters.

Great place to stay. Close to sand flats to have access to the trails. Snake oil coffee is a great find close by. Walking distance to down town. Has parking just outside to accommodate larger trucks and trailers. Quiet street. Have stayed in these rentals 2 other times.
