The house layout is perfect for our family trip…. 6 kids and 10 grandchildren fit nicely. It has plenty of common space and the master suite is fairly isolated. We docked our boat and Jetski’s right there and the 1-3 year olds had plenty of play space at waters edge. Already booked for next year!!

The house was beautiful with lots of space. It was right next to the water which was perfect. The only negative was that the hot tub would not heat up and we could not get in touch with the host to report the issue.

Great family spot

Lots of room, plenty of comfortable outdoor space and a “private beach” that was perfect for children and adults alike. Docks belong to the marina across the street, making it super easy to rent a boat for the day, but were neither busy or noisy.

Beautiful weather, beautiful views from this nice little cottage. We have stayed at other rentals at Keuka Lake but this one was the best for outdoor relaxing - which is the reason for vacationing there. We hope to come back to this spot again.

Hello, Bonnie. Thank you for your thoughtful review. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Please know that the comfort and satisfaction of our guests is our priority. Our local staff assigned the task of inspecting and optimizing the TVs to the maintenance team to ensure they are functioning well. Fabulous Reunion Rental

We had a fabulous time at Marina Vista. It is large enough to accommodate a large family without feeling packed in. There are multiple gathering areas allowing individual activities and separation of adults and children as (if) desired. Definitely on our list for a revisit.

Fun Times in the Finger Lakes

Great location and very spacious and fun. Just what we were looking for for a weekend getaway! Only reasons for not 5 stars was the water pressure was a bit challenging in some of the bathrooms, there was no TV in common areas, and we got creative when doing a formal meal with group in dining area. Would highly recommend for a group of friends or multi-family getaway.

Great place for a birthday bash!

We had 18 adults for a 60th birthday celebration. The house had plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone. The location gave us access to enough wineries and breweries for a long weekend. We were able to take advantage of a nice walk on the Keuka Outlet Trail. It was a great weekend!

Great housr

We loved the spacious house and being right on the water. Was perfect to have a boat dock right there to be able to get in our boat whenever we wanted to. House was very spacious. Enough room for our big family. Just wish the master bathroom had a door on it for privacy. The kitchen could use some mixing & serving bowls. We hope to be back next year.
