Apartment Piazzetta Premium is located in the heart of the historic center of Porec, only 50m from the sea. The main town square, restaurants, cafes and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest beach is only 150m away, and the beach with sports facilities and a pine forest is a 10-minute easy walk away. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of the old town, and parking space for one car is provided in the nearby city parking lot (approx. 700 m away).
Apartment Piazzetta Premium is a luxurious, newly renovated apartment and offers accommodation for 4 persons , with living area of ​​65m2 ,spreading over 2 floors. On the first floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sofa, as well as a bathroom with a shower/toilet. A beautiful terrace with garden furniture and a view of the old town street with many tourists and wine bars is available immediately at the entrance. On the upper floor, this beautiful apartment has two bedrooms, one of which has a sea view. Both floors are air-conditioned.
If you want to be in the heart of Porec and enjoy the colorful historical city of Poreč, this is the right choice for you.

We had an amazing stay overall and would definitely recommend it. The only drawback for our family was the noise in the evenings. The restaurant on-site and the one across the street became more of a party atmosphere at night, with music playing until closing. Since we were traveling with two young children, it made bedtime a bit challenging. If you're looking to enjoy the nightlife and be right in the heart of town, the location is ideal, but families with young kids should be aware of the evening noise.

Modern met behoud van oude stijlkenmerken

Het appartement is net zo netjes en verzorgd als de gastvrouw, super!Alles is modern, netjes, schoon, stijlvol en goed ingericht. Balkon is uniek op deze locatie: je zit midden in het centrum, maar hebt er wel je privacy.Ps. Onderliggende wijnbarretjes zijn vooral ‘s avonds druk bezocht
