A unique place, just outside the hustle and bustle of the village centers, in the Dutch countryside, on the canal and close to (cycling distance from) the forest, dunes and beach of Bergen-Schoorl-Hargen. Cities and other villages such as Alkmaar, Schagen or Amsterdam and Haarlem can also be reached within a short distance by car. This house was completely renovated in 2024.

The detached holiday home is 20 meters away from a parking space. Through the front door you enter the hall, with the two bedrooms and a bathroom on the right, and plenty of cupboard space for your luggage on the left. The house has a spacious living room, dining area and complete kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, combination microwave with oven function. The two bedrooms, 1 with a three-person bunk bed (triple bed, 80x200cm) and 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200).
 
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink and is equipped with underfloor heating and a hairdryer.
 
From the living room you enter the lovely south-facing backyard with dining table and chairs through the French doors. Naturally, the house has WiFi and digital television including Netflix.

Area of ​​De BoetWarmenhuizen is a cozy and attractive village with many amenities. It has a few wonderful restaurants, cafes, a large supermarket (Albert Heijn) and a number of shops.

De Boet is an ideal base for beautiful walking and cycling trips through the forests such as Schoorl and Bergen. But also the surrounding dike or the surrounding picturesque villages. The village has its own swimming pool, but the coastal towns of Callantsoog, Bergen, Schoorl, Egmond or Petten are nearby. The Geestmerambacht Meer is also a wonderful place for walking and recreation. If you like golf, the courses of Alkmaar, Dirkshorn and Winkel are within driving distance. The village is located just outside the tourist crowds, but this is easy to find.
