The vacation rental is located in Putgarten on the island of Rügen. The apartment is part of the "Kap Arkona" vacation complex, in Building III of the complex. This residential complex was built in 2003 and captivates guests with its Baltic Sea charm, featuring blue wood paneling and well-maintained outdoor areas. The complex contains a total of 26 vacation rentals and a reception desk.

In the summer, the small town of Putgarten attracts visitors with its tourism and a variety of lodging options. In winter, this town showcases the unspoiled nature of the beautiful island of Rügen. Among the town’s attractions are the artisans’ market and its proximity to “Kap Arkona,” the northernmost point of the island of Rügen. Enjoying the unspoiled nature at the sandy Nordstrand beach, located about 1.5 km away, is pure relaxation. The small town of Putgarten is also closed to motorists. Exceptions are made only for residents, you as a vacation guest, and service vehicles. “Kap Arkona” captivates visitors with its two lighthouses and Jaromarsburg Castle. From both a cultural and historical perspective, the northern part of the island has much to offer.
In addition to the beautiful, relaxing landscape, a traditional local restaurant invites you to enjoy a cozy meal.

A vacation rental (No. 21, former reception area) with a living area of 38 square meters is located on the first floor of the aforementioned House III. It is a 2-room apartment, suitable for 2 guests. The apartment features a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an open-concept living room with a kitchenette. Access to the northwest-facing terrace is provided through the spacious living/dining and kitchen area.

The apartment was extensively modernized through April 2024 and features a high-quality built-in kitchen, which is fully equipped with dishes, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster, as well as high-quality appliances, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. In addition, the vacation rental comes with a designated parking space for unlimited parking. The floors in the vacation rental have been newly installed with click vinyl, creating a cozy atmosphere.
