Depending on availability, i.e. when the rest of the villa is not rented out, guests also have access to the private swimming spa and a car park on the grounds. The flat offers very good comfort, is in a very quiet location and the beach and railway station are only a few minutes' walk away. This has the advantage that you can leave your car at home and reach major cities such as Menton, Nice or Cannes without the stress of travelling. The flat is also very easy to access as it is at ground level and has a separate entrance from the villa.
