Villa Numéro 2, located in Châteauneuf-Grasse, offers views of the valley and forest. With 35 m² of space, it features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and an extra toilet. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, washing machine, and dryer. A traditional Finnish sauna is also available on the property.



The rental has a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, covered terrace, sauna, and outdoor shower near the counter-current swimming pool with balneotherapy and hydromassage. Guests have access to shared facilities, including an outdoor terrace and barbecue area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.



Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. A private parking space is available next to your private entrance. Pets are not allowed, and smoking inside the apartments is prohibited. The property is step-free for easy access.



Beach and pool towels are provided. Two bicycles are at your disposal. A storage room for motorcycles and bikes is also available. The property follows waste sorting guidelines and is equipped with water- and energy-saving devices. All water comes directly from the Loup and Foulons springs, so there is no need to buy bottled water.
