Spread out across 5 bedrooms with room for up to 10 guests, enjoy your own private pool, game room, spacious gathering areas and plenty of room to relax. Outside, you’ll find the sights and sounds of a working farm, including our friendly chickens and plenty of open space.
Whether you’re in town for a tournament, visiting family, exploring Berks County or simply looking for a fun countryside getaway, Lucky 8’s is designed for families and groups who want space to be together without feeling crowded. Located just minutes from the Big Vision sports complex, Reading Airport, Blue Marsh, Penn State Berks, Kutztown University, Alvernia University, Albright College.

We love the idea of families and groups coming here to spend time together, relax, and enjoy a little bit of farm life. We live locally and are happy to help if you need anything during your stay, while also giving you plenty of privacy to enjoy the property.

We love this area because it gives you the feel of countryside while still being close to everything. The Farmhouse is surrounded by open space and farm life, but you're just a short drive from local restaurants, shopping, colleges, sports complexes, and area attractions. It's a great home base for families visiting the area, attending tournaments, college events, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway.

You're staying on a small working farm, with chickens, friendly outdoor cats, plenty of yard space, and the charm that comes with an older farmhouse.
The home is designed for families and groups to spend time together, with five bedrooms, multiple gathering spaces, a play/game room and lots of room to spread out. It isn't cookie cutter vacation rental, and that's exactly what we love about it! It has history, personality, a few old house quirks, and a true farm stay feel while still being convenient to the surrounding area.
