Located in Moixent, the 120 m² Cal Guerrer apartment accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. The apartment features air conditioning in the dining area, a fan, TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine to make your stay comfortable.



Step out onto the private balcony or either of the 2 uncovered private terraces to relax outdoors and take in the mountain views.



You can easily park on the street. One pet is allowed during your stay, and there is a shared space for storing bicycles at the property. Please note that events are not permitted on the premises, and smoking is not allowed inside.



A tennis court is just a 15-minute walk away.



Use of the fireplace is available for an extra fee and must be requested in advance of arrival. A deposit is required for its use, which will be handled during check-in.

Una estancia relajada

Pros: La cercanía del anfitrión, siempre pendiente de todo, nos recomendó donde comer/cenar y nos dejó la nevera prácticamente llena que no nos hizo falta absolutamente nada. Las habitaciones son súper amplias, con ventilador, todo está muy limpio y la verdad es que repetiremos seguro cuando regresemos por la zona. Cons: No tengo nada que comentar, todo fue perfecto!
