The Space:

Welcome to this beautifully updated mid-century modern home in the heart of everything Miami has to offer! You're close to everything yet away from the hustle and bustle in this bright home, where the main living space features a comfortable, overstuffed sectional big enough for the whole gang and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The updated and fully equipped kitchen features bright white cabinets, a breakfast bar with seating for three, and a double oven so you can cook up a feast for your next special occasion. Tropical touches abound both in the adjacent dining room and on the patio outside, which features a hammock for lounging and lots of lovely greenery. And best of all, the back yard is fully enclosed, so your pup can roam freely in this dog-friendly home. All the bathrooms are updated as well, but you're going to be fighting over access to the one attached to the main suite-the soaking tub and double shower-head rain-shower will make you feel like you've arrived at the spa. All that's missing at this oasis is a butler.

Beautiful home away from the craziness inside the city.

We had a great time coming for our trip to Miami! We were in town to attend a festival and the house was a perfect distance from being too close to the city nightlife and crazy traffic. I would recommend this home for families or friend groups that are looking to maximize their fun and relaxation.

Comfortable house in great location

The house is in a great location for enjoying Miami, South Miami and Coral Gables. Any maintenance concerns were addressed immediately. Communication with the management company was prompt, and friendly. We highly recommend this rental property.

Weekend in Miami

we enjoyed the proximity to Miami’s attractions is a good place for my children and I to stay all in all. It was a good stay. My main issue was the place needed some pest control ants on kitchen counters, and spiders in bathrooms were a major turn off.

Very pleasantly surprised at how modern the house was. The master shower is HUGE! The power window shades in the master bedroom was another plus. No complaints!!

Beautiful house

Gorgeous house in a very nice neighborhood. It was super comfortable for our family stay in Miami for Christmas. There were a few things that I would add to the property - specifically a coffee maker, hangers for the closets, and more towels. But overall it was an awesome experience and the property managers were great to work with. Would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Miami!

Great Location, extremely clean and spacious home

Everything about this home is convenient and pleasant. Two driveway parking spaces. Beautiful and comfortable backyard. Very quiet and lovely residential neighborhood, close to everything in Miami. The home is very spacious, with a modern kitchen and three modern bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything was sparkling clean.

Pleasant stay in central location

Best thing about this property was the central location: close to Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami and about a half hour drive to the beach or airport. It was a nice, comfortable and modern home with good space. I loved the comfy beds and master bath. My only complaint was that several items were broken: the ice maker, a patio chair, the screen to the patio kept falling off, etc. But overall these were small things and we had a great stay.

Great for the Dog

The back yard with high fence was great for our dog. Also, the neighborhood has good sidewalks for dog walking. Location is good for visiting Coral Gables and South Miami. This appears to be a VRBO-only house that is designed for minimum maintenance and not maximum comfort. It photographs very well. Only a designer would design a master bathroom and toilet that have no doors. I doubt that anyone responsible for the maintenance of this place has ever stayed here for any length of time. For example, in one shower the handles for the water control appear to be reversed, such that you have a choice of hot water, or hotter water, resulting in having to turn down the temperature of the hot water for the whole house. There are almost no towel racks or hooks to hang things on in the bathrooms. Good for minimum maintenance, not for comfort. In master bath, hot and cold water lines are reversed in the sinks. Lights over the cooktop don’t work. Water flow is minimum in most showers. There are lots of quirky little things like these. Too bad, as the overall house is very nice.
