Located in the heart of South Beach (3 minute walk to the beach!), this condo is perfect for getting away and exploring Miami. You'll be two blocks from the Versace Mansion and surrounded by restaurants - bring your attraction wish list! When you're heading back after a day of adventure, relax and take in some fresh air on the furnished wraparound deck. Central air conditioning and a ceiling fan in every bedroom mean that everyone can stay cool. The apartment appeared to be very roomy. We were a family of four and had more than enough place there. Beds were comfortable, nothing interrupted out sleep ( absolutely silent place) though it’s in the heart of Collins avenue. All the windows faces the backyard or neighbour street. Despite some negative reviews about the laundry, can assure boyh washer&dryer work fine, may be they replaced it, Definitely recommend for the vacation.

This is a well located two bedroom condo. The plus is it is located at the back of the Complex so the unit is quite. The beds are all comfortable and having two full baths is awesome . The beach chairs and umbrella make beach day a breaze. Would highly recommend !!

It was a bit tricky getting the digits to line up in order to obtain the key and remote control for the gated parking lot from the lock box at the front door. The fact that it was raining didn't help. Had to leave my son and his friend in the car, parked illegally, while I did this. Once we got into the parking lot, it was very tight getting a small SUV into the allocated spot. It was not intuitive that there was a door in the garage area to enter the building. So, we went back out the gate to the front door in order to get in. We didn't figure out until the last day that we were there, watching painters go in and out that door, that it lead to the parking lot. Tried to get another key from the owner, who lives in the building. However, she was not in town at that time. So it was a challenge aligning my schedule with my 18 year old son and his friend in order to figure out who should get the key that day. The condo was very nice & clean. We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Air condition worked well, which was a must. I watched cute parakeets on the patio every morning.

Apartment was really nice, clean and matched the listing. The location was perfect. The host was slow to respond or didn’t respond a couple of times when I emailed them. The kitchen was mostly well stocked but we only had 2 trash bags for the entire 5 night stay and no cleaning supplies. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay

Condo was clean and felt larger than it looked online. Close to the beach,restaurants, and bars. Also was stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, etc. We had a great stay.

Great appartement in the middle of Miami Beach. Everything was in the appartement, which was clean and beautiful. Own parking lot for the car, nearby Ocean Drive and the beach.

Great location!

This condo is a great location for everything Miami Beach. Walking distance from dozens of restaurants and attractions. Lots of nice touches like spices in the kitchen, salt and pepper, aloe and after sun lotion, and beach chairs.
