The family-friendly and historic Residenz Carl & Do is located in Baveno, just a few minutes’ walk from the shore and the public swimming beach of Lake Maggiore. The property stands out for the classic furnishings of its comfortable apartments, which leave nothing to be desired. A garden and a sun terrace with lounge chairs and a breathtaking view of the Alps are also available. For younger guests, there is an indoor playroom with plenty of toys, a ping-pong table, a small area for playing soccer, and a pool table. The comfortable, classically furnished apartments at the Residenz offer everything you need for your vacation.
The approximately 55-square-meter three-room apartment accommodates up to 5 people. It features one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The living area includes a sofa bed that provides sleeping space for one additional person. A satellite TV is available. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower or bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink, and a hair dryer. The apartment has a furnished balcony with a limited view. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may of course check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
