Unwind in Morgantown at this adorable townhome. With two cozy bedrooms featuring two full beds and a futon, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax. The full bathroom includes a hair dryer and spare travel items for added convenience. The half bath is conveniently located between the living room and kitchen. There is a nice large tv in the living room and a tv in each bedroom, all with cable and streaming apps. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the home. Whether you’re curling up by the fireplace after a day of cheering on the Mountaineers or exploring downtown or you're preparing a meal in the quaint kitchen, this townhome offers a welcoming retreat. Bedroom 1 has a full size bed and a desk. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and a full size futon. The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. I am a WVU alum and have lived in Morgantown for 20+ years. We have raised 4 kids in Morgantown. Some of our favorite things to do are hike at Cooper's Rock, sled ride at Chestnut Mountain Park in the winter and fish and camp there in the summer, ice skate at one of the 2 ice rinks in town, and cheer on the Mountaineers in a variety of different sports. We like to fish from our boat on the Mon River, run and bike on the rail trail and dine at locally owned and operated restaurants. We enjoy the Farmer's Market downtown on Saturdays. I am very excited to be a vacation home host because I want others to have a safe and homey place to stay while they explore the town and state that we love.

We have owned this property for a few years and it is in a great neighborhood and centrally located between the football field/hospital and WVU main campus/downtown Morgantown. The neighborhood is diverse with college students, families and traveling professionals.

We have decorated our property with pictures that highlight the most scenic places around our beautiful state. We have tried to stock the home with everything you could need for a smooth getaway. We have a clean, spacious garage you can pull your vehicle into so you do not have to unload in the rain or snow.
