The “Haus Jahreszeiten,” which was renovated a few years ago, is located at Margaretenstraße 20, on the so-called “Artists’ Mile” of the Baltic Sea resort, and is about 30 meters from the beach. The building is situated in the second row (from the lake side) in a quiet yet central location and features an elevator, a laundry and drying room, and a bicycle storage room. The pier, the many restaurants, cafés, and shops on the main street are all within a very short walking distance. You can relax by hiking or taking walks in the Granitz forests, at Schmachter Lake, or along the approximately 4-kilometer-long beach promenade all the way to Prora.



Apartment 16:

This two-room apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 3 adults. It is situated on a quiet street not far from the beach promenade with its fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
