The small one-room vacation home stands separately in the orchard of the owner's 2000 m² residential property on the edge of the village and forest. The beach on the Szczecin Lagoon is about 4 km away. The house is equipped with a combined living/sleeping area (rattan seating area, double bed, camping couch as an extra bed, TV/radio), a pantry kitchen (electric hob, fridge, various kitchen appliances) and shower/WC. Gas stove if required. There is a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parking space. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Only ONE dog is allowed in this property.

Ueckermünde, the easternmost German harbor town on the Szczecin Lagoon, has about 12000 inhabitants. In recent years it has developed into a highly recommended vacation destination. There is an old town worth seeing with cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities, a marina on the Uecker with boat hire and passenger boats to Poland and the island of Usedom, a beautiful zoo and a well-kept lido with spa park and promenade on the Szczecin Lagoon with restaurants, beach chair hire and mini golf. The well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails makes it easy to explore the beautiful wooded surroundings without a car. Anglers will find the best conditions, especially on the River Uecker.
