The five holiday apartments are located on the upper floor of a residential and commercial building in a central location, approx. 500 m from the Baltic Sea beach. There is a restaurant, a chemist and a souvenir shop in the building. Access to the apartments, car parking spaces, bicycle storage room and a central outdoor seating area with seating furniture and barbecue are available to holiday guests in a separate and demarcated area.the total price includes water and energy consumption and final cleaning . You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed: ONE small dog up to a height of 30 cm is allowed in this property.

This apartment has a size of approx. 20 square metres and is suitable for 2 persons. It has a combined living/bedroom (upholstered seating area with sofa bed, double bed, satellite TV, radio), kitchenette with electric cooker, shower/WC, central heating.

Karlshagen is a Baltic seaside resort in the northern part of the island of Usedom. Restaurants, shopping facilities, a marina with boat trips and cycle paths are located in the village. Riding centre, tennis and bowling alley approx. 2.5 km. The village has a beautiful sandy beach.
