Welcome to your perfect Baltic Sea vacation! This spacious vacation rental was tastefully renovated in 2021 and furnished in a modern style. With an area of 108 square meters, it offers plenty of space for up to 7 people. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family home and has its own parking space. The fine sandy beach, complete with a private beach chair (available from May 1 to September 15), is right across the street.

As you enter through the entryway, you’ll find yourself in the spacious living and sleeping area (sleeper chair 0.90 x 2.00). There you’ll find a cozy seating area with a corner bench and a spacious dining table, perfect for shared meals and game nights. From the comfortable sofa area, you’ll have an unobstructed view of the large flat-screen smart TV. Log in with your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account to enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows even while on vacation. A large king-size armchair can be folded out into a bed, providing an additional sleeping option for a 7th person. Two large panoramic windows offer a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea, and the sunny terrace, complete with lounge furniture, invites you to relax with family and friends.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is located directly across from it.

Two of the bedrooms feature comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 beds, a built-in closet, and a satellite TV. The third bedroom features a 1.60 x 2.00 bed and its own sink.

The two newly redesigned bathrooms leave nothing to be desired.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment.

In addition to all these amenities, the apartment has its own free parking space on the property.

Pets are welcome—either one large dog or two small dogs.
