Ferienwohnung Kleinzerlang

Just 100 metres from the Kleiner Pälitzsee lake with its bathing beach, jetty, boat hire and kiosk, there are three nicely furnished holiday apartments in the house and in an extension on the owners' residential property. Renovated between 2013 and 2016, the apartments of different sizes can accommodate up to 10 people in total. The two apartments in the house are located directly next to each other on the first floor and can be reached via a shared (but separate from the owner's) hallway; a separate staircase leads to the apartment in the annex. In the lovingly landscaped inner courtyard (smoking is permitted here) of the approx. 800 square metre, fenced property, there are plenty of seating and barbecue facilities, a covered terrace and a rustic party room available to all guests. Parking spaces, a storage room for bicycles and free Wi-Fi are available for all apartments. A path leads from the back of the property directly to the lake.

The total price includes final cleaning, water consumption and electricity costs. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, laundry package (if desired).

The large (54 square metres) apartment in the main house for a maximum of 5 people has a spacious living/bedroom (double bed, extra bed possible with a couch, satellite TV, small dining table - extendable), another bedroom (two single beds - can be put together - satellite TV, small dining table), a separate mini-kitchen (electric hotplates, refrigerator), a spacious hallway and bathroom with shower/WC.



IMPORTANT FOR PET OWNERS: The property has stairs. This should be taken into account when bringing dogs.



The state-recognised resort of Kleinzerlang is located on the small Pälitzsee lake in the middle of the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park. Thanks to its location on a peninsula and the connections from Lake Pälitzsee to the main waterways, Kleinzerlang is the ideal starting point for all water hikers. There is a jetty, a bathing beach, boat and bike hire and a small kiosk right on the lake. The Kleine Pälitzsee is also a popular fishing spot - pike can be caught all year round. The beautiful, wooded surroundings with marked hiking, riding and cycling trails invite you to explore nature, and about one kilometre from the village centre with its small church, bakery and restaurant, there is a marina with an indoor swimming pool and motorboat hire. In the town of Rheinsberg (approx. 12 km), the tourist centre of the region, there are numerous restaurants, cafés and other shopping facilities in addition to the old town, which is well worth seeing, and the beautiful rococo castle. Properties DZV524 & DZV526 are also located in the same building and can be rented additionally if required.
