Just a few steps away and within sight of the Großer Kressiensee lake with its beautiful bathing area, two holiday apartments for up to 5 or 6 people are located in the front part of a terraced house on a separate plot of approx. 700 m². Further holiday accommodation is located at the rear of the house.

The approx. 75 square metre non-smoking flat for up to 5 adults and 1 baby, with separate entrance, is on the mezzanine floor. It has a large living room (sofa bed, armchair, flat screen TV, radio, DVD player) with dining table and open, complete kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x 2 single beds, 1 x double bed 1.40 m wide), a small hallway and a bathroom (shower/WC). The apartment is centrally heated and is equipped with insect screens on the bedroom windows. There is also a car park, a barbecue, a cot and a high chair on request and a rowing boat on request.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels as well as water and energy consumption are included in the total price.



Strietfeld is a small, tranquil district of the municipality of Walow in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is located in an area rich in forests and meadows directly on the Großer Kressinsee. In addition to its excellent water quality, it offers a large, well-maintained bathing area with a jetty and ideal conditions for anglers. There is a farm in the village where fresh eggs are regularly available. The Kölpinsee and Fleesensee lakes as well as the Müritzsee and Plauer See lakes are also close to Strietfeld. The nearest towns with a wide range of shopping facilities and sights are Malchow (approx. 12 km), Röbel/Müritz (approx. 18 km) and Waren (Müritz) (approx. 18 km). Malchow attracts visitors with a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest, the listed monastery complex and the swing bridge, a technical monument. In Röbel there is the Müritztherme, a large adventure pool, and in Waren (Müritz) the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a large freshwater aquarium, is a popular destination. In addition, there are various restaurants, cafés, passenger boat companies and hire facilities for bicycles, boats etc. in all towns.
