Ferienhaus Wokuhl-Dabelow

The separate holiday home for up to four adults and a baby, renovated in 2022, is located directly on the Pfarrsee, a beautiful swimming and fishing lake, on a very well-kept and fully fenced residential property of approx. 6,000 m². There is direct access to the beach through a small gate and there are also two holiday apartments on the property. A furnished pavilion, barbecue and seating areas in the garden are available for all guests on the spacious grounds.

The approx. 130 m², centrally heated, non-smoking house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with bay window and lake view (upholstered suite, armchair, seating area in the bay window, dining table, flat-screen TV), a separate kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, dining table, various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (bath, shower, WC, hairdryer) and a guest WC.

A large bedroom with lake view and access to the balcony (1 double bed, 1 cot) and a further bedroom (double bed) can be reached via the staircase. 2 parking spaces next to the house, storage facilities for bicycles, bicycles for hire on request for a fee and free W-LAN are also available. Additional parking spaces for cars, boats, canoes etc. are available on request for a fee.

To be paid on site: Final cleaning, electricity, heating costs and water according to consumption, bed linen and towels can be brought or optionally rented, please specify the rental request when booking. Pets are not allowed in this property.



Wokuhl with its districts Dabelow and Comthurey is located in the middle of the Müritz National Park in the Mecklenburg Lake District between the residential town Neustrelitz (approx. 14 km) and the water town Fürstenberg/Havel (approx. 19 km). The Pfarrsee lake with bathing area is located in the centre of the village, where there is also an antique shop selling and buying antiques. A riding stable approx. 3.5 km away also offers riding lessons and rides (including into the Müritz National Park). In summer, the annual summer festival takes place in the village. The region is very rich in forests and lakes and therefore offers the best conditions for active holidaymakers and anglers

The nearest restaurant, shopping facilities, bakery and railway station are in Neustrelitz, approx. 14 km away, which has developed into a cultural centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District thanks to its numerous events, exhibitions, theatre and dance performances, including in the historic castle park.
