Ferienhaus Waren (Müritz)

The holiday home is completely separate on the owner's 2500 square metre fenced residential property in a quiet location directly on the Tiefwarensee. Direct access to the lake. The town centre is approx. 800 m away. The holiday home extends over two levels. On the ground floor there is the living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV), a combined living/sleeping room (dining table, radio/CD, foldaway bed (width: 1.40 m), a kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and the bathroom with shower/WC. The bedroom (double bed) and a guest WC are located on the upper floor (access via a steep room-saving staircase). The house is centrally heated. There is a furnished terrace with lake view and barbecue, sun loungers, a bathing and fishing jetty (bathing ladder) with rowing boat, storage space for bicycles and fishing equipment, smoker and car parking space. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. Waren (Müritz) is subject to visitor's tax.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
