Property Description:<br>This former small farm is located in a quiet part of Hinterhermsdorf, in the Neudorf district. The half-timbered house, dating from 1664 and 1840, has been lovingly restored. The historic architecture, combined with modern amenities, creates the perfect vacation atmosphere. The house features 5 vacation apartments for 2 to 6 people. The former stable has been converted into a cozy guest room, where the fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler days.<br>The property includes a mixed-fruit orchard and meadow covering approximately 6,000 m², which also features a small pond. Our barbecue area is a popular evening gathering spot. Our little guests will have a blast at our adventure playground, which features a treehouse and a climbing wall. The mud and clay playground is especially popular (a washing machine and dryer are available in the house). Figures molded from clay and left to dry have already amazed many parents with their children’s creativity.<br>If the weather isn’t cooperating, our indoor playroom offers plenty of activities to keep both kids and adults entertained. Of course, there are also animals.
