A small, cozy, detached vacation home (approx. 60 square meters) with a terrace and garden. The first floor features an open-concept living and dining area, a small, newly renovated kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A curved staircase leads to the first floor, which has a total of 3 bedrooms. The large bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a built-in closet, and a sink; the two smaller rooms are each equipped with a single bed (1.00 m x 2.00 m).
The kitchen is equipped with coffee and dinnerware, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. A drip coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and blender are also provided.
A washing machine is available to guests in the storage room on the side of the house.
The garden and terrace are not visible from the outside and face south/west.
Garden furniture with cushions, a parasol, and lounge chairs are provided.
There is space for one car in front of the lockable garage; an additional parking space is located on the side of the house.
Pets are welcome upon prior notice.
The house is located in a quiet, established vacation home community on a cul-de-sac/play street and was completely renovated in the winter of 2025/2026. The nearby beach and the Steinmarne seawater outdoor pool are a 3-minute walk away, and the center of Duhnen, with its shopping and dining options, is just 800 m away.
Duhnen is home to the “ahoi!” thalasso center, featuring a surf pool, fitness area, spa, and saunas.
