良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、掲載情報の正確さ
The house was very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay with our family. The kids especially loved it.
The house was clean and well maintained.
The only issue we experienced was with the extra bed sheets and towels that we ordered.
At first, we thought we could pick them up somewhere near the house. However, we were told we had to collect them from a location that was about a one-hour drive away.
This meant a two-hour round trip to collect them, and another two-hour round trip to return them at the end of our stay.
Unfortunately, this was not practical, especially while traveling with young children. As a result, we stayed without the extra bed sheets and towels we had ordered. Fortunately, there was one towel available, which the four of us had to share during our stay.
Overall, we had a great stay, but we think the arrangement for collecting and returning the extra bed sheets and towels could be organized much better.
