In the district of Saint Julien 950 m from the centre of Le Pouldu, 6 km from the centre of Clohars-Carnoët, 13 km from the centre of Quimperlé, 50 m from the sea, 180 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 600 m2, well-kept garden (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 400 m, bakery 1 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Plage des Grands Sables" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 1.5 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Doëlan 8 km, Guidel-Plage (été: par bac piéton 1km) 12 km, Pont Aven 23 km, Concarneau 40 km, Lorient 25 km, Quimper 60 km. Small terrace 20 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
