For us, luxury isn’t in the name—it’s in the garden! You’ll be renting a quiet, 50 m² ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with cozy furnishings. The garden offers a 30 m² oasis of relaxation with a sauna, shower, and swim spa (shared with the neighboring apartment, FleesenSeetreppe Right).
Amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, freezer, microwave, etc.)
- Open-concept living room with a sleeper sofa (box-spring quality)
- Bedroom with two single beds
- Large bathroom with rain shower and washer-dryer



Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
