The positives are the place was clean, stocked with dishes & pans and it is roomy.The not so positives are, the mattresses and pillows are very thin and not very comfortable.Each guest receives one bath towel for the length of the stay.The 3 bathrooms had about a 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each of them. We askef for more and was told they normally don't provide more T/P, but they did deliver an additional roll per bathroom We were not aware there was an additional 100 euro deposit due in cash at check-in for keysThe were Multiple broken chairs in the houseThe door lock would not work for one set of our keys, we got locked out.One of the windows would not stay closed or locked, they attempted to keep the key deposit because of the window, they backed off when challenged The washer and dryer cost 2 euros to use, we did not know this up front. We had to unplug one machine and plug in the other to use them. This means we couldn't wash and dry at the same time. Two loads took 5 hours to complete. This was after having to take a load of towels out of the dryer that was left by someone else.It was an ok experience but over priced for the condition it is in.
