Welcome to the "Im Tal 5a" Apartment —a lovingly and beautifully renovated vacation home in one of Wenningstedt’s most sought-after locations. Following a comprehensive renovation in 2024, this stylish apartment has been shining in new splendor since June 2024 and offers the perfect setting for a thoroughly enjoyable vacation on Sylt.

The apartment is located on the first floor and enjoys a pleasantly quiet setting on a sunny lot set back from Im Tal Street—in the second row behind the house at Im Tal 5. Here you can enjoy privacy and tranquility while still being within walking distance of the sea.

With approximately 70 m² of living space, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed floor plan featuring plenty of natural light and high-quality amenities. Two cozy bedrooms offer restful sleep, one of which has its own balcony—perfect for your first cup of coffee in the morning. The separate, modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring maximum comfort even during longer stays.

The spacious living room with a stylish dining area forms the heart of the apartment. From here, you can step out onto another balcony with patio furniture, which invites you to relax in the fresh North Sea air—whether enjoying breakfast in the sun or a glass of wine in the evening.
