Directly by the sea! A bright and friendly 1-room flat with a large balcony awaits you, the stairs to the beach are right next to the house.
The 30 m² flat is freshly renovated and modernly furnished. The large window front with a view of the greenery makes the living room bright and friendly. The living area is furnished with a murphy bed (2x80cm lying surface), sofa, wardrobe, sideboard, armchair and chairs.
We pay attention to sustainability: The electricity supply is via Green Planet Energy, during your stay you can take the bus for free (does not apply to arrival and departure).
The fitted kitchen consists of quality kitchen furniture, dishwasher, 4-star fridge, microwave with grill and additional crisp function (for pizza and casseroles), extractor fan, tochtronic ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more.
In the shower room you will find high-quality design elements as well as a washing machine. A hairdryer is of course also available.
The smart TV is compatible with Amazon Prime, Netflix and Maxdome. The hi-fi system also plays mp3 and CDs.
In the basement there is a laundry room with coin-operated dryer and washing machine.
There is bicycle parking on the property with hangers to which they can connect their bikes.
The balcony is large, windless and covered. You can also smoke here, as it is not permitted in the flat.
Pets are not allowed in the "Dünenhof zum Kronprinzen".
At peak times we only rent by the week, arriving and departing at the weekend is our preference.
The 1-room flat is located on the 1st floor of the flat house Dünenhof-zum-Kronprinzen with a large balcony. The house is located in the middle of a dune directly on the cliff of Wenningstedt. You can reach the beach in just 1 minute's walk, and the town centre in about 5 minutes.
Wenningstedt itself lies between Westerland and Kampen. Both places can be reached on foot in about 35 minutes, by bike in about 15 minutes.
You can reach the beach in 1 minute!!!
