In a perfect location in Lacanau-Océan, quiet but very central, about 5 minutes walk to the beach and center, is this older but refreshed house with a large garden and idyllic terrace.
The house offers partly new furnishings (beds, living area and garden furniture).
The kitchen and bathroom are older, but serve their purpose.
The house has a living room with terrace exit, Wifi and sceen, a independant, fully equipped kitchen, 1 shower room with toilet. There are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed 1.80m and one bedroom with 3 single beds.
Very nice, large garden with terrace and garden furniture. Parking space on the property.
Distances: Shops and restaurants approx. 400m, ocean 600m.
