Sports harbour 3.3 km, golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Nearby attractions: Dune du Pyla 11.8 km, Eratopia 9 km, Observatoire Sainte Cécile 1 km, Marché Municipal 750 m, Navette Maritime pour le Cap Ferret 850 m, Casino 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Magdeleine 10.3 km, Lac de Cazaux 16.9 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Arcachon, 1 km.

Très belle location

Appartement impeccable, spacieux et proche du centre ville. Très bien agencé, très bien équipé. Je n’ai pas mis Excellent car la vue n’est pas géniale. Mais c’est presque Excellent Super séjour et merci à l’équipe S’Interhome Arcachon qui est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons ☺️

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat zwei Tiefgaragenparkplätze und einen abschließbaren Fahrradabstellraum. Der Balkon bietet genügend Platz und ist überdacht

Superbe appartement très bien situé

La situation et les équipements de cet appartement ont contribué à la réussite totale de notre séjour, malgré une météo capricieuse (du coup nous avons pu déjeuner à l’abri sur la terrasse) ! La résidence est neuve, au calme, et à proximité des centres d'intérêt d'Arcachon et de la gare. La place de parking réservée en sous-sol est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons !
