This fully equipped apartment features stylish furnishings and can accommodate up to four adults and two children. Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view and the balcony, and let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. Charming restaurants, beach bars, an adventure pool with a sauna, and shops are all within walking distance.

The apartment is located directly on the South Beach, with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. Upon entering, you’ll immediately notice the bright living and dining area, with direct access to the spacious balcony offering sweeping views. The walls are painted a soft white, which helps capture the natural light. The natural flooring and furniture give the room a clean, structured look and create a cozy atmosphere. The furniture is simple and functional, often made of light wood or featuring clean lines.　 A comfortable and spacious sofa invites you to relax, while the dining area is perfect for social gatherings. The fold-down bed, in the “tiny living” style, provides additional sleeping space for two adults.
　
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with high-quality appliances and plenty of storage space. Light-colored cabinets and light wood countertops create a clean, uncluttered aesthetic.
　
The bedroom is furnished with high-quality Scandinavian furniture from Flexa and makes ideal use of the small space. The small room is a cozy nest that sleeps up to four people. A few carefully selected Scandinavian design pieces add personality to the room without detracting from its tranquility. The beds are arranged as follows: the living area features a fold-down bed (180x200 cm),　in the separate bedroom there is a loft bed (90x200 cm), plus a daybed (90x200 cm), which can be extended by an additional 90 cm. Furthermore, there is a fold-out mattress (70x200 cm). All mattresses were replaced in April 2024. Please note that the 6th sleeping spot is a simple fold-out mattress measuring 70x200 cm, which is placed on the floor (see photos).

　
The bathroom is clean and functional, with a spacious shower and a heated towel rack. White tiles and clean surfaces give the room a fresh, contemporary feel.
　
The balcony offers additional outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air and the view of the beach and harbor entrance.

The building has an elevator, so the apartment is accessible without having to climb stairs. Heavy luggage, as well as crates of beverages or strollers and beach carts, can be brought into the apartment effortlessly.
Each apartment comes with its own parking space.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm this no earlier than 1 week before your arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to consecutive bookings.

Note regarding consecutive bookings during peak season:
During the high season, we can only accept direct consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly from the previous one and lead directly to the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the applicable minimum rental period. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

Additional fees: Booking fee
For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
