Located in Olbia, Villa Cactus, Costa Corallina offers you a wonderful sea view. The 120 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with standard utensils for daily use, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Enjoy your own private outdoor space with a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, and outdoor shower.



The property is close to the beach and just a few meters from the small Costa Corallina harbor, where you'll find beach clubs, bars, and a pizzeria restaurant. You have access to the nearby hotel pool for an extra fee. Free street parking and a garage space are available. Air conditioning is available on request for an extra fee.



Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property provides guidelines for proper waste separation; more information is available on site. An airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee. Exclusive motorboat excursions in the Tavolara park are offered. As in many villas in the area, the walls may allow you to hear surrounding sounds.

First, I must start with the amazing view, perfect to enjoy morning cafe or an early evening cocktail. Paul, the host is amazing and extremely accommodating and responsive. I could not recommend this property enough - perfect location and vibe.
