The holiday home, renovated in 2020, is a semi-detached house and is modernly furnished. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire area and courtyard.

Balatonberény. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite.
For your security, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector.
Hygiene measures: Disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection. The final cleaning is carried out by a professional company.
