VILLA PANORAMA - Spacious villa with private pool and breathtaking sea views

VILLA PANORAMA is a very charming, detached villa that offers breathtaking views of the South Sardinia coast. With its private swimming pool set in a property of over 4’000 m2, the generous outdoors with Mediterranean terraced garden and its spacious interiors, it is the ideal accommodation for two or more families or a group of friends.

VILLA PANORAMA can host up to ten guests in six bedrooms and four bathrooms. It is composed of three floors as follows:

Ground or middle floor:
On this floor is located the main entrance to the villa which opens to a large living space with TV corner, dining table and a second sitting area. French doors lead to a large covered terraced with amazing sea view, a dining table for ten persons and a lounge corner. On this floor there is also a kitchen and a traditional-style bedroom with double bed, access to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom. Next to the entrance, there is also a covered area with a dining table.

First floor:
This floor consists of two large master bedrooms furnished in Sardinian style, each with separate entrances, ensuite bathroom and access to a balcony with gorgeous sea view. These two bedrooms can connect through an internal door or keep their own independence according to your needs.

Garden or lower floor:
From the middle floor, stairs lead to the lower floor consisting of one master bedroom and two bedrooms with bunkbeds and a common bathroom. All bedrooms also lead directly to the large open terrace with a table, the garden with pines and palm trees as well as the pool area with spectacular sea views.

Note that the maximum capacity is for ten guests, ideally six adults and four children. The villa can also be rented for a reduced fee for max. 8 guests.

VILLA PANORAMA is in the nature-protected area of Eden Rock, with a gorgeous beach just in front, near the renowned beaches of Chia.
