Direct access to the beach and its location right by the sea take the quality of this accommodation to the next level. The beach promenade and the historic fishermen’s huts are right outside the door, so walks through beautiful Hohwacht can begin the moment you step out of the house.

In addition, a supermarket and a diverse selection of restaurants are located near the vacation apartment and are within walking distance.

The perfectly combined living and dining area of the apartment offers a unique ocean view through the large doors leading to the balcony, creating a wonderful sense of well-being.

The leather sofa with a stylish coffee table, along with a high-quality flat-screen TV, invites you to relax and enjoy pleasant evenings.

The modern dining area, which seats up to six people, adjoins the tasteful and, above all, beautifully designed kitchen. Here, too, you’ll find all the amenities you need. A dishwasher, a stove with an induction cooktop and oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, along with other appliances, provide excellent amenities.

Each bedroom features a box-spring bed and a large, spacious closet, both of which offer a high level of comfort. Windows let in plenty of natural light. Two of the three bedrooms also have televisions.

The two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, are equipped with sinks, and the vanity cabinets provide ample storage space. The illuminated mirrors complement the modern and sleek design of the bathroom, creating a harmonious overall aesthetic.

From the living room, which is illuminated by innovative and modern lighting fixtures, large glass doors lead out to the balcony, offering a unique view of Hohwacht Bay. You can easily take in the Sehlendorfer Binnensee nature reserve as well as the beauty of the Baltic Sea.

This beautiful vacation complex, built in 2021 and featuring 40 units, is just a few steps from the beach. The units can accommodate 1 to 6 people; all buildings feature an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and a parking space. The promenade runs right past the building and is just as inviting for walks as the white sandy beach of Hohwacht. A surf school and a mini-golf course are located in the immediate vicinity. However, the vacation rental’s ideal location isn’t limited to its proximity to the Baltic Sea. Shopping options and numerous restaurants are also within walking distance, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of a thoroughly enjoyable vacation here.
