Spacious in design, the living room offers room for a cozy sofa arrangement. A TV complements the cozy living area and provides a variety of entertainment options.
The high-quality, well-equipped kitchen features an open layout and, like the dining table, is integrated into the living room. Enjoy shared holiday meals and evenings spent together in your beautiful vacation apartment!
The kitchen’s amenities also ensure that cooking is a pleasure. An induction cooktop has been integrated into the built-in kitchen, along with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator (with freezer compartment). Of course, a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided.
Two bedrooms ensure restful nights during your vacation. They face south, making them inviting places to spend time even during the day. Both rooms are particularly bright and attractively furnished. Large double beds (180x200 cm) made of wild oak invite you to drift off to sleep, while the wardrobes and dressers offer ample storage space.

The bathroom is just as attractively designed as the rest of the rooms. Spacious and featuring a window that lets in natural light, it also offers plenty of comfort. A floor-to-ceiling shower with a glass enclosure, a large mirror, a beautiful vanity, and the toilet are among the bathroom’s amenities, along with ceiling spotlights and a towel warmer. An illuminated makeup mirror rounds out the features.Light-colored tiles accentuate the room’s modern style, which blends perfectly with the living areas of the Deck 44 apartment.

The apartment’s beautiful balcony faces east and offers a fantastic view of the sea. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the Baltic Sea or the first rays of sunshine while having breakfast. Of course, the balcony is attractively furnished with chairs and a table and is perfect for spending as much time outdoors as possible when the weather is nice.

The apartment also comes with its own parking space for your car. In the adjacent building, you have the option to securely store two bicycles.

This beautiful vacation complex, built in 2021 and featuring 40 units, is just a few steps from the beach. The units can accommodate 1 to 6 people; all buildings feature an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and a parking space. The promenade runs right past the building and is just as inviting for walks as the white sandy beach of Hohwacht. A surf school and a mini-golf course are located in the immediate vicinity. However, the vacation rental’s ideal location isn’t limited to its proximity to the Baltic Sea. Shopping options and numerous restaurants are also within walking distance, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of a thoroughly enjoyable vacation here.
