Conviviality and independence
La Demeure du Bel-Prat is a magnificent, charming residence in the Périgord Noir region. It was built on the site of an ancient Gallo-Roman villa. Originally made up of two houses, it comfortably accommodates eight people. Thanks to its layout, it offers a high degree of independence, perfect for two families wishing to go away together while retaining their privacy, or for grandparents wishing to spend a holiday with their children and grandchildren.
Authentic and modern
The renovated 250 m² house combines charm and modernity. It has been redesigned to provide an authentic holiday setting, with stone paving, beams and exposed stone highlighting every room on the ground floor.
Living spaces
The luxury kitchen opens onto the courtyard. The living room has a monumental fireplace, ideal for evenings out of season. The dining room, decorated with a period fireplace, superb mirrors and 19th-century paintings, also overlooks the courtyard.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
An original wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which has parquet flooring for the comfort of guests.
* Bedroom 1: double, 35 m², with a beautiful fireplace.
* Bedroom 2: two separate beds.
* Shower room 1: two basins, shower and WC.
* Shower room 2: shower, two washbasins and WC.
* Bedroom 3: double bed
* Bedroom 4: master suite. Bathroom with bath, twin washbasins and WC.
Outside: Garden, Pool and Terrace
Privacy and peace and quiet near Sarlat. LE BEL PRAT boasts an inner courtyard planted with trees, providing welcome shade in summer. Under the plane tree, you can enjoy your meals with a table and chairs at your disposal. A barbecue is also available for grilling. A vine grows on a trellis above the terrace, adding to the charm of the setting.
The lovely 12 x 5.5 m secure private swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn and is great for children. Sun loungers available.
Pool is open from June 1st to September 27th and it is not heated.
