Luxury Sitges Hills Villa

Newly created, fabulous, and stylish holiday home in the Sitges hills.

Private pool, fully air-conditioned, 2 bedrooms, and very well equipped.



This is a family home, most suitable for couples or families with children. It is not intended for groups of friends looking to party, as we value the privacy of our house and its beautiful natural surroundings.



This modern holiday getaway features a stunning pool (including a playa area) and very private terraces. The house is situated on 950 m² of private land, high on a steep, green hillside with no direct neighbors.



It offers exceptional privacy and fantastic views over the Las Colinas hills. The property is conveniently located near Barcelona International Airport (30 minutes), the city of Barcelona (40 minutes), and the beaches, restaurants, and nightlife of Sitges (15 minutes). It is in Olivella, a picturesque village bordering the Garraf Nature Reserve, which is ideal for hiking, walking, cycling, and horse riding. The renowned Penedès wine region is also nearby.



On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms (16 m² each), each with a king-size double bed (180x210 cm, high-quality beds). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool and terrace area. The second bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom. Both bedrooms offer ample wardrobe space.



The spacious ground floor features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living area with three separate spaces, one of which can be used as an extra sleeping arrangement for two people using the high-quality sofa bed (140x200 cm). High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house and outdoor areas. The house is equipped with an alarm system for your security and is fully air-conditioned.

De eigenaren verblijven er zelf ook regelmatig en dat is terug te zien; veel huishoudelijke apparatuur, tijdschriften etc. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving maar niet op loopafstand, je hebt dus wel echt een auto nodig. Strand Sitges was leuk maar de strandtentjes bij Vilanove i la Geltrú vonden wij leuker, dus sla dat ook zeker niet over. Verder veel wijngaarden in de omgeving en Barcelona dichtbij. Huis is super netjes en zwembad ruim, zowel wij als de kinderen hebben genoten. Aanrader!

Pros: Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet, voll ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Pool. Das gesamte Grundstück/Garten in Hanglage ist sehr schön angelegt. Allerdings die sehr steile, enge Hofauffahrt kommt man mit langem, schwerem, großem Kombi PKW ohne Allrad nicht hoch. Mussten unser Auto daher außerhalb des Grundstücks auf der wenig befahrenen Straße parken. Einziges Manko, leider liegen die nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Bäckereien mind. 30 bis 40 Minuten reine Fahrzeit hin und zurück auf teils sehr enger Kurvenstrecke entfernt. Das hat schon genervt wenn man für frische Backwaren und frische Lebensmittel täglich so lang und weit fahren muss. Dass tagsüber und teils auch nachts das Hundeorchester durchs Tal schallte ist typisch für Spanien und muss man eben hinnehmen. Nichts desto trotz war es eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Villa mit toller Dachterrasse und atemberaubender Aussicht über die Hügel des Penèdes/Garaff Gebirges.

Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber und qualitativ höchstwertig ausgestattet. Die Betten ware sehr bequem. Die, ca. 4 Wochen vor der Anreise übersandten Reiseunterlagen, waren unglaublich detailliert. Es wurde alles (Alarmanlage, Klimaanlage, Restaurantipps usw.) genau und mit Bildern beschrieben. Die Kaution wurde bereits ein Tag nach Abreise wieder zurücküberwiesen.

The kids slept on a sofa bed, but that was comfortable and easy to turn back into a sofa. The villa seems almost completely renovated. Most rooms and furniture look new. The Wifi is as fast as it is at home. The outside area is wonderful, with nice furniture and a delicious pool. The view (especially from the roof terrace) is spectacular. Although the direct area is peaceful, Sitges is very close (you need a car though) and Barcelona is close enough for a (half) day trip. You have to climb a few stairs so maybe not suitable for people with mobility issues, but our parents (70 years old) did fine. We will definitely come back here.

Our favorite part was waking up and seeing the mountainside villages from our bedside panoramic windows. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends in the states.
