We are a no frills, quiet 1-bedroom apartment (approximately 575 sq ft.) This cozy space is equipped with WIFI, heat/air, full kitchen, coffee pot & pods, iron, linens, double-size bed, soap/shampoo, etc.

Perfect for a few nights, a week or longer. Communicate with us if you need accommodations for longer than a few weeks. We have short term leases at a different pricing structure.

The unit has a private entrance. The exterior door is locked from the street as well as the apartment door inside the foyer. This apartment is located on the ground floor with a half step up on the exterior,

We use keyless entry for your added security and convenience - you will select your 4-digit code prior to arrival.

We are 25 minutes from Radford University; 13 minutes from New River Community College; 5 minutes from HCA LewisGale Hospital Pulaski and Sarah Canon/Blue Ridge Cancer Care Center; 25 minutes from Carilion NRV Medical Center; 10 minutes from Volvo; 35 minutes from Virginia Tech and Wytheville.
