Terrace-shaped plot with impressive sea views! The beautiful property is located in Vera de Erques, a small, quiet village on the southwest side of Tenerife. Most traditionally built houses date from the 18th or 19th centuries. Vera de Erques is 700 meters height and offers beautiful views and romantic sunsets from the terrace over the islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro. Canary plants and lush vegetation determine the landscape of the entire site. Your holiday home is located in the upper part of Caserio Lomo Arribas. The furniture is a beautiful mix of antique and modern pieces and all colors have been used to fit perfectly with the original character of the house. On cooler evenings, the fireplace ensures cozy warmth and the home theater provides exciting entertainment. Outside you can enjoy a beautiful view of the separate sun terrace.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Like type B, but for 1-2 people. We recommend booking a rental car. Air conditioning only in the living room. The bedrooms and the bathroom cannot be heated.
