The downstairs lounge and outdoor areas, including the garden and pool, can be rented for events, birthdays, and family gatherings. Meals are available on request.



Located near Belmonte, Solar Rubina – Saltwater Pool offers guests fantastic views of the countryside and mountains. This two-story property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (one with a baby cot), a bungalow with bunk beds, and 2 bathrooms, one of which has 2 showers. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a dishwasher and washing machine.



Guests can enjoy a garden and private saltwater pool, terrace, balcony, barbecue, outdoor shower, and a ping-pong table.



With a standard booking, the house accommodates up to 8 guests on the first floor: 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room for 1 extra person. For up to 10 guests, an additional double bedroom is included. For groups of up to 12, the bungalow with bunk beds is available.



The property is fenced and set in a quiet, pleasant location. It’s close to attractions such as Serra da Estrela, Belmonte, Torre Centum Cellas, the historic villages of Sortelha and Monsanto, and the Zezêre River. Free parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Bicycles, a quad bike, and a small motorbike can be rented on request for an extra fee.

Un très bel ensemble agréable à vivre pour apprécier un réelle tranquillité. Une piscine au rendez-vous pour y passer de bons moments, des espaces suffisants pour s’y retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Néanmoins, pour arriver à destination, le gps reste insuffisant, merci à l’hôte pour ses indications. Déplus la literie mériterait vraiment un changement, les ressorts se font réellement sentir. Des équipements prévus, grille pain, fer et table à repasser étaient absents et à réclamer en cours de séjour. Certains sont arrivés, en piteux état, notamment la table à repasser dégageant une odeur d’urine de chat. Enfin, un tracteur agricole a occupé une partie de la cour de la propriété pendant la moitié de notre séjour empiétant tout autant de son volume sur la vision de la propriété, dommage. De l’avis de l’hôte, rien d’anormal à cela, curieux tout de même.

Merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires sur notre complexe, la tranquillité, la maison, la piscine et l'espace environnant. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié ces aspects de votre séjour. Cependant, certaines affirmations ne reflètent pas tout à fait la réalité. Par exemple, la planche à repasser était en bon état, tout comme le linge de lit, qui est récent. De plus, notre hébergement est bien équipé avec de nombreux équipements. Concernant le tracteur, il était présent uniquement pendant les deux derniers jours de votre séjour, sans perturber votre expérience. Nous avons également été informés que des personnes non autorisées ont été amenées dans l'hébergement, ce qui n'était pas inclus dans votre réservation.
