The exterior of this chalet offers an idyllic space to relax and enjoy. With landscaped areas and a shaded porch. Perfect for savoring an outdoor aperitif, recharging under the warm sun, or sharing peaceful evenings in good company.

This modern villa offers a single-storey interior for unparalleled comfort. The entire house has air conditioning. Upon entering, you will find a spacious living-dining room, equipped with a Smart TV and two comfortable sofas for relaxing. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For relaxation, there are three cosy bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with wardrobes and fans for a pleasant stay. In addition, two full bathrooms with bathtubs ensure convenience. Please note that the house does not have a cot for babies.

Playas de Muro offers a perfect combination of natural beauty, crystal-clear waters, and exciting activities. This extensive stretch of coast, over 6 kilometers in length, is known for its fine white sand and turquoise waters, making it a paradise for sun and sea lovers. Playa de Muro is ideal for families and offers comprehensive services; nearby is the S'Albufera Natural Park, a protected natural reserve that hosts an incredible variety of native flora and fauna. Charming Mallorcan villages such as Alcúdia and Pollença are just a short distance away, with their medieval charm, local markets, and delicious cuisine.

- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- Tourist license: ETV/11765
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. - All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
