Vintage Model - 2BR/2BA - 1245 sq. ft. FUN FUN FUN!!! This brightly colored contemporary unit is a renter's favorite. Located on a lush greenbelt and right next to the pool, this home is East facing for plenty of a.m. sunshine. The double extended patio has a brand new gas BBQ grill and is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. The living room is furnished with lovely furniture and has a large 55" flat screen TV. Master suite is furnished with a king size bed, walk in closet and brightly painted private bath. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and walk in closet. High Speed Wireless Internet is includes.

Warm is Good

Overall it was good. The units are fairly old and have had - and need updating. Ours was reasonably well done. Plenty of kitchen tools , good king bed - new environmental toilet in one bathroom. Well stocked with needed cleaning products. Beautiful deck facing east for morning sun. Kitchen window needs repair as wind blows in. Golf course has had some problems- recently a large pond lost all its water so it changes the hole considerably - plus the sand added to the course for environmental reasons takes away from the original design. Well gated and security is excellent. Teed off once at 1:07 and didn’t finish due to slow play. Could use some aggressive marshalling. Had a blizzard at home so can’t complain about the beautiful warm weather
